120 rally cars from the 1950s - 1980s leave Evian for the Mediterranean. The route takes them over the legendary Alp passes, with breaks in world famous stations.
For more than 30 years, the COUPE DES ALPES has been an unmissable date on the calendar of major historical automobile events. The quality of the cars, the beauty of the landscapes and the enthusiasm of the organizing team make it one of the most renowned rallies in Europe, with 150 participants taking part, 15 or so nationalities represented, 25 makes and around 100 different models of car.
Before building his own sports cars, Donald HEALEY had already competed in the COUPE DES ALPES in the 1930s. The impressive results achieved by the Healeys in the rally established the legends of Pat MOSS and the MORLEY brothers. 2021 will mark the 60th anniversary of the MORLEYS’ first victory. AUSTIN-HEALEY will be the featured marque in 2021, with a special place reserved for the models taking part.
